Uganda vs Senegal at Nambole

Although Uganda cranes put up a splinted fight to earn a slot in quarter finals after leading group C in the concluded CHAN group stage, they have not received their bonuses yet as promise by President Museveni.
The spokesperson of the local organizing committee Dr. Dennis Mugimba confirmed to the media during a press briefing on Wednesday that the lads are yet to receive their bonuses and he called on them to remain calm and patient.
President Museveni made a pledge of 1.2 billion bonuses per match won by cranes although its yet to trickle down into pockets of the players and official, it boosted the moral of players and coaches and in group stage they warn two matches lost one and made also one draw.
“ The pledge was from State House not from the Ministry of Education and Sports and I am confident that the president will fulfil his pledge,’’ Dr. Mugimba sounded optimistic.
In the quarter finals Uganda will be playing with Senegal at Nambole on Saturday at 5:00 pm and tickets are already on sale at UGX 10,000 and are accessible online only each individual this time is allowed top buy on three tickets to avoid arbitration.
