Happiness mixed with grief as National Unity Platform (NUP) release list of flag bears for Kampala Capital City (KCC) councillor positions.
Some prominent names are missing on the list for instance KCCA Deputy Speaker Nasuru Masaba and Bonny Bukenya for Kawempe North are among the notable ones.
Innocent Tegusurwa a.k.a Tolimwaavu is also missing on the list but has been sent back to Nakawa at Division level and will be representing Nakawa parish at Nakawa Division and is roumered to be the next speaker for the Nakawa Urban Division Council.
Long serving Kampala Central Division representative at KCCA Moses Kataabu has won the Kampala Central Division flag bearer while former Democratic member and Major of the same Division Charles Musoke Sserunjogi will be contesting to become Lordcouncillor for Kataabu seat and is tipped to be the next speaker for KCCA .
