Texol Petrol Station on Wednesday awarded cash and free motorbikes to Boda Boda riders and taxi operators who frequent their fueling station to buy fuel .
“Texol Energies Signature isn’t just a station, it’s an experience! Discover Uganda’s most beautiful station, redefining customer service in oil & gas”, said Mr Tausif Zaman, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer.He said a total of 48 Boda Boda motorbikes have so far been donated to their customes.
The taxi operators and Boda Boda Boda riders who were lucky winners of cash prizes, each walked away with fuel cards worth UGX 50, reflectors and 7 litre engine oil. Texol Energies in addition awarded UGX 3000,000 (Three million Uganda shillings) to Texol Cup Football team, plus playing Balls and another UGX 3000,000 (Three million Uganda shillings) to organizers of Taxi operators who fuel from their petrol station.
The colorful ceremony was climaxed with the launch of Taxol Energies Signature, Mbuya Petrol station Boda Boda Clinic, free reflector Jerseys to all participants and drinks plus bites.
Texol Energies is spread across Kampala City with two major Stations in Namasuba, along Kampala-Entebbe road, among others.
